Veracom Mitsu. Service Quality?

Does any have any experience with the Veracom Mitsu. service department in San Mateo CA?

I'm thinking of having my tranny fuilds done there and just wanted to make sure they aren't asshats and will fill it with the correct stuff .

Thanks in advanced for any input.

BTW: This is where I bought my Evo from.

Talk to a young Philipino guy there. I forgot his name but he's like a service manager and he seem's like someone that know's stuff. He's the only guy there that fits that description, good luck.

Your thinking of oliver. He's a decent guy. For regular service, they are good. I had a problem with my car a while back, and brought it there since thats where I bought it. My car would bog down when turning on the headlights, or the rear window defroster. They pulled my plugs and accused me of using fuel additives. I've never used fuel additives in any car I've ever owned, including the evo, so they charged me 55 bucks, and sent me on my way. Moral of the story: they will do a good job with simple stuff, but anything else like trouble shooting, you should definatly go to san rafeal mitsu. It's a ways away, but the service there is great. They replaced my alternater, battery, and ecu under warrenty for the same problem veracom couldn't figure out. Sorry about that little rant. But thats my experience with the two dealerships I've gone to. I'd say for something like what you need, veracom is good, but san rafeal mitsu is better.
