After hearing all this crackdown on modified cars in california, ive been doing some research on what's legal and what's not illegal. I was kinda curious if they OEM Evo High Wing was illegal, (I know it's not) because ive seen alot of threads on how so cal owners have got tickets for there wings. Well, after some reading, I found this concerning a high wings:

It's not illegal if...
"the motor vehicle is equipped with outside mirrors on both the left - and right - hand sides of the vehicle that are so located as to reflect to the driver a view of the highway through each mirror for a distance of at least 200 feet to the rear of the vehicle."

This is CA Vehicle Code Section 26708.b.8.

So, if you have the high wing or got rid of it because a cop, here is some food for thought...
