Pay well?? didn't you just have 2 people quit?? unless you're selling mortgages with parts, one will not be successful there. i would suggest sourcing hard to find JDM/UKDM/AUDM parts (which you haven't done) if you wish to be competitive in this market. then you will have so many people beating down the door that you will have to expand again...

 

please pm me if you any questions about the specific jobs. i myself am in a very good position and doing quite well. i have been working at vivid for about a year and a half. those who quit just couldnt hang or handle there jobs. this post is for information and we are not asking for your suggestions. respond if you have any specific questions to about the positions. many people think we are a dead company but they are wrong. we are very successful and within the 5 years of operation and climbed up the ladder many times.

BTW: one person who quit came back working for us on his own decision.

Who did come back? He must have come back for a good reason.
