Terms:
3 Month contract to hire. (This is the way I started there and they ended up hiring me after a month). This is not one of those positions that they try to lure you into a contract position then after the contact is over they let you go. If you fit the bill and work cohesively with the other people in the company, you WILL be hired.

Required Skillsets
- ASP 3.0
- SQL Server (Stored Procs, Triggers, Views, User-Defined Functions, Queries)
- HTML
- CSS
- Good Projet Management skills
- Good client relations skills

- ASP.Net 1.1/2.0
- Macromedia Flash
- Java (COM)
- Adobe Photoshop
- XML
- XSLT
- XPath
