I don't drive an Evo, but there are at least a couple of them around where I live. Both are mod'd. One is yellow and the owner is really cool, we wave at each other every time. The other one is a silver one. I live off Higley and Baseline.

I believe you meant to put www.azawd.org . The biggest gathering of Evos that I've seen is always Friday afternoons at Mynes before we roll to the track. In a couple more weeks when my car, Mikes car and the Mynes VIII are done there should definately be some more action.

 

+1 on Fridays at Mynes. I was just up there last Friday putting on my coils... We are sooooo close!!

There's usually quiet a bit of Evos at the Sonics/Walgreens hangout on 35th/Union Hills every weekend. Mines the silver IX w/CF hood and lip in Team Topnotch. I live out by the Luke AFB area and usually cruise the Avondale/Surprise side of town quiet a bit.

 

The red one could have been Dre's wife or maybe Pj's girlfriend. Yeah Mynes seen to be a good staring point for you guys in Phoenix.

Here in Tucson is definately a big Evo meeting twice a week in different locations and some Sierra Vista Evo owners also roll in once in a while.

I am working on getting Phoenix,Tucson and Sierra Vista together but quiet honest everyone has always something to do or their car are not road worthy.

Go to Firebird or SIR on a Friday and you will find a few Evo guys for sure.

There were 5 of us at the Pavilions on Saturday, Loop101 and Indian Bend in Scottsdale. I saw another few Evos driving around at the Pavilions but they never stopped by our row.

Baha, there's always hope... too bad we'll have to wait until October for it to cool down.

Karma is still around, i think he his getting his ticket taken care of. If you want to get a get together going in tucson I would SO be there...My car should be finished in the next few weeks and I will have my aquamist in so I can definitely make the trip...Lets get it together, I can try and organize the Phoenix crowd, you get the tucson boys and we can do a hangout/track session...Let me know bro.

Yea, my bad dude...didn't mean to leave so suddenly like that, but I'd been waiting for a certain someone to show up as a challenge, but he wasn't up to it. But his friend in the other IX was.

Anywho...Pavillions is usually packed by 6:30ish...all the cars get kicked out but 9:30 or so. Just be sure you do NOT speed on the way up there cuz the 101 E-bound has all the damn speed-cameras.

That sounds excellent. I am normally off on the weekends and I normally don't have issue making the trip to Phoenix either. You know I love going to the track for the 1/4 mile, we should go to the track as a group. I can't wait to see you guys running at the track, some of your friends including you have some serious power mods to make some good 1/4 mile times.

I need to see the calendar and see when is the next track day, in the worst case we can do a Evo meet or a trip to a nearby town.,
