S1's are the ****! The duration on them is actually 268 but they make just as good of power as the hks 272's....... The duration doesnt mean thats the size of the cams, thats just the duration size... For example, the june 272's are considered to be as radicle and "big" as hks 280's, same with the GSC S2's which are 272/274

Hope its up soon.

just got done grinding down my second socket in order to get the bolt out.... Heres a pic of what Im talking about. I have no idea why someone would do this but at least its the same threads and such as the stock one so you can just use yours out of the stock cams that has a 14mm head and youll have no problems. Ill make sure to get your cams out tomorrow and report back to you with a tracking number

Cause the GSC S2's are freaking huge... They lope like a SOB have big lift etc etc etc......

Thats actually what Im going with next but I have Springs, Ti retainers, and my car isnt exactly a street car anymore so it wont be as big a issue for me to run them.

Hey Stevo8,

That's okay, just PM me here on evom if norcalevo.net is still down.

One question, is there any marking on the GSC S1 cams to tell which is the intake and exhaust?

And thanks for the update.

Roy.

I am actually working on getting the position sensor off right now cause someone used a nut thats not the normal 14mm head and instead is a 17mm head. The problem I ran into is that I can not find a damn thin wall socket that will fit inside the metal ring that the bolt is inside of. Im making a tool as we speak... Ill keep you posted on how it goes... If you need to get ahold of me just pm me here Ill be glad to give you my cell if you have any concerns. Again man Im real sorry about the hassle.

If the NorCal boards weren't free I would probably have canceled my subscription by now.
