Sorry to be candid,
Sounds like SoCal Evo needs a new host.
They should have backup generators and
redundency in thier network, servers and database.

Our host is one of the largests streaming providers on the internet, VitalStream. The problem is the building the DC is in. Everyone is that building is having problems with power. The building has back-up generators which kick in fine. The problem is the chilled water source to the HVAC's. Sometimes it comes in unchilled so the HVAC's heat up and cause servers to shut down. That's why socalevo is down right now. Even Alchemy is having problems, that's why myspace keeps going down. VitalStream hosts MySpace's flash content while Alchemy hosts their web and db.
Dino and I have our own suite in 1 whilshire we'll be moving the servers in to once we get everything completed there.
