tuning technologies in colton. heard a lot of happy customers. also checkout socalevo.com. I hear mixed reviews about Road Race Engineering, but u can jump on socal n read the vendor reviews.

 

I have 2 in mind (with one of them I went to get my evo tuned) :
Harman Motive AND Tuning Technologies

I havent been to harman but I've been to TT. Either shop should satisfy your need for power.
