Beware of black&whites cause of 2fast 2furious
Just a heads up for all you other local Calif people.
My friend who is a Sheriff has informed me that local California police in all citys as well as C.H.P. are on full alert to keep a eye on "any and all" import cars expecially ones looking modifed due to the release of 2 Fast 2 Furious.
with all that happened after the release of the first movie they don't want anything to get out of hand again.
Now this isn't just the one Sheriff that told me this yesterday at the video store i was followed by a CHP into the parking lot and they told me the exact same thing...so heads up
Maybe this is why i got a speeding ticket for going 74 in a 65 area at 10:30 at night with no other cars anywhere(no...just that damn cop filling his quota
)

I can tell you first hand that regardless of the general publics beliefs... cops do not have as you state "quotas". This has been illegal for many years. The quota thing ended because it got out of hand in the sense that cops were doing pull overs without probable cause due to the pressure they felt from said quota. Now pull overs without probable cause are just done for fun! 
But mostly when
is suspected... for instance a cop witnessing a group of people piling into a car after just leaving a bar at 2am. Cop has no probably cause to pull them over unless they are weaving / driving recklessly.... however I'll tell you any cop I know will still pull your **** over if they feel like it and ya can't do a thing about it. Most likely if you just so happened to not be drinking they'll ticket ya for a rolling stop or failure to signal, something like that just to cover themselves.
