Well, looks like my roomy bought himself a town home and is moving out end of July. His time frame is not 100% sure but I would like to get a roomate set up for when he moves out.

3 bedroom 2 bath 1569 sq ft. house in Rita Ranch. Rent would be $420 a month and that includes everything, utilities, cable, internet, water, ect. 1 dog is the only pet I have. I don't have garage space for another car, but my driveway can be used, so no need to park on the side of the street or anything, and when ever I am not using the garage I don't car if my roomy parks in there at all. Non smoking house indoors.
