mod friendly so-cal inspection?
Anyone know any mod-friendly smog places in so-cal, I am in the West La area and need to get my car smoged so i can get it registered here. I would prefer not to take the bloody intake off since it was a complete pain in the wee wee to put on in the first place. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I dont mind paying a look the other way tax if you know what i mean.

I'm not sure, but I heard from one of the guy at Torrance car meet that there are shops around there where you can pay $50 and drive off with a certificate. I'll ask him again.
