i live in jersey now and cant stand it anymore. i paid 270 for a 900 square foot condo with 1 bedroom. i am looking out there and for 300 i can get a house with a garage and a pool. I guess its about quality of life. Its going to be hard because everything i have know is here. The job is not a problem. I am a military parts contractor so i can run my buisness from anywhere with internet. I am still keeping the company here because of packing. I might rent for a year to make sure i really like it before commiting to a house. I want to stay in a really nice area. How is scottsdale and is there many things to do there? For the summer i will problary just get a place in cali. I am moving out with a friend. So whats the scoop out there. Has anybody made a similar move from up here. thanks guys
