I believe the list of poeple is longer now, but we don't have enough yet.
My friends (cleoent on the boards) uncle is holding a private track day. He has rented out the track and would like to invite people to come join him at the event.
Its a 8 hours or track time compared to 1.2 - 2 hours of track time you will usually get with other track event holders. He does this about once a year for his friends.
Well organized and have instructors. So beginners are welcome.
Here is link with more info and please sign up soon.
Yes its on a Monday. Config we are talking about is leaning towards #13 CCW
Pricing is around $200-225. The more that signs up it will be $200. Looking to get 50 cars out there.
At least get your deposit in and signed up. Deposits are refundable.
We're looking to get all the signups we can now to bring down the price. As it comes closer towards the event price may go up for new entries, nothing is set in stone. play it safe

Those of you who will be running your first track day here's a couple things you'll want to do with your car:
1) Fresh brake fluid, this is cheap, and very easy to do. I recommend ATE Superblue, but any dot4 stuff wil be fine.
2) Check your pads, make sure there is pad left. I took my 325is to the track 3 days after i bought it completely stock. I could only run 5 laps or so before the pads would over heat and i'd have to take a break, but i think i got in probably 2-3 hours of track time anyways. My fluid wasn't changed either, so that was a part of the problem as well. I've taken both my rx7's to the track with stock pads.
3) Check your tires. Make sure you have good tread, make sure there are no bubbles or chunks missing. The last thing you want is your tire blowing out on the track.
4) Routine maintenance, fresh oil, no leaks, clean air filter, make sure your brake fluid is topped off and please dont come to the track with bad blinker fluid
5) If you dont have a spoiler on your car, i dont know if you'll be able to successfully navigate the track at anything over 20 mph, a cheap solution can be found here http://www.autoaccessorysupply.com/s...Spoiler/Detail
6) Please make sure your car is legal, current registration, UP TO DATE INSURANCE.
7) Bring a good attitude and check your ego at the door. I would highly recommend that first timers do not rent the lap timers but it's up to you. And i would also highly recommend not following your good friend out as that can lead to a bad situation. Also make use of the nice people at the event to either give you a ride and show you the lines, or to ride shotgun with you and show you the lines.
8) Have a good time!
