Ok all...first off...
sorry for the delay in replys and updates..My boss sent us to do a wall in Baldwin park(SoCol) last moment and just got back...then my puter went Ka-putt and had to reconfig the entire laptop. All is still green for go.
Got in contact with Road Race and they have offered some swag for a raffle...
2 single tube strutbars
2 testpipes
and
1 CF glovebox gauge plate
Nothing but respect for Rob , Gabe and the rest of the crew...they are allways there for us.

Now I would like to get a accuret number of people who will be camping to make sure I have reserved enough space for everyone.
Camping will be $5 per car
I have reserved 6 sites wich hold 8 people each so so far we can hold 48 people.

I will get a good map and directions to Morro Rock to the campgrounds(for you showing up later) and to Hearst state beach(where the offical day long meet will be on sunday) later today for you all.

look for the update.

Thanks Troie, looking forward to having some more info on the campsite and the beach for Sat. For a headcount, you can count on me and a friend being there.

lol I wish. This is an old friend. She loves camping in all forms, so when I mentioned it, she immediately wanted to go. I think you and her will have a lot to talk about. She's into rock climbing (and sky diving, and archery, and... and... and)

Troie, I realized that I was mistaken on which day is the "official" meet. I figured since we're gonna be there Sat from when we arrive until whenever (and overnight),that was the longer portion. I will probably have to leave for home early Sunday afternoon since I have homework and work the next day. And I believe all the SCLC members who are not camping will be there Sat only. Just in case that helps you with the organization of it all (i.e. when to do the raffle, and I guess the Sumo thing is reserved so maybe that schedule will stay). Let me know. Sorry about the mixup.

Sat the 20th is the meet up date...the offical meet is Sun 21.
The beach park at Hearst state beach is well more nicer than the dirt parking lot of Morro rock.I have the sumo suits for a little over a hour starting at noon on Sun.I was hopeing on haveing the raffle after the sumo but it can happen anytime so we will just see how things work out...I want to have it when most are there so all have a good chance to win.
The only thing that is on a offical time is the sumo...I can allways move around the backroads run and raffle...even do more runs if wanted.

as posted at the start of the thread(i still havent workedout the quote thing yet)Day 1-Since everyone is coming from all over the state there is no
offical start time but i will be there from around 10:00am to
greet all.The meet-up will be at Morro rock at Morro Bay state beach. We will meet-up and BBQ all day along with all kinds of beach fun.If your a waterdog bring your surfboards or boogieboards. If you skate bring your board , there is a good skatepark there too.We will enjoy the beach till late afternoon.

Day 1 (night)-Day 2 (morning)-I have gotten us campgrounds at San Simeon campgrounds. The price for camping will be around $5-$10 , they have full bathrooms and such there.I am also looking into getting a group rate at local hotels for you not wanting to camp(details to come)

Day 2 (morning)-We will head out around 10:00am for a little backroad/ranch
run through the windey curvey backroads all along the central coast. We will also stop for a killer photo-op on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific.

Day 2 (offical meet)-We will hold the offical meet at Hearst state beach starting at high noon. http://www.hearstcastle.org/visitor...state_beach.asp
There we will have fun all day with a BBQ and
other fun.We will also be haveing the first ever Lancer/Evolution SUMO contest...Yes you read correctly...SUMO.I have gotten us some sumo suits to enjoy. The contest will be between 1:00 and 3:00 and for only $1 per fight per person you can take out all that junk deep inside you and have fun with friends. There will also be a trophy for the winner.More and more fun will be added as it becomes final.
