competitors aren't gonna tell me anything..

i want one decently setup evo in hawaii ... built engine, decent size turbo, etc.. good bolt ons..

If I had a built block or if we had e-85 I would be the first one to volunteer lol.

Awesome numbers Tom, I know you can get 370 out of CCampbell's car.
I got 365 with the same exact type of mods as his car, so I know you can get 370.
As far as octane quality goes I only trust 76 or shell. Everything else is really inconsistent. I run 30 psi on a fp black now without issues and I also
mistakenly ( long story ) ran 12.7 afrs @ 30 psi without knock one time, so I think the octane is of decent quality not great but decent.

Good luck, and hope to see more tcomp tuned evos around here. I'll try and spread the word also.

Anyways here goes the list again. For those who haven't brought anything yet can you please bring something? I think almost everyone did.. We always have a lot of food so as long as a few people bring something we should be fine. Everyone does NOT need to bring anything

BBQ meet and greet 11-2AM central Oahu Regional Park this Sunday. (so we can have less traffic to cruise)

Cruise will be following the BBQ and will be from C.O.R.P to sandys, norfolk, 13 turns, then H3.

Needed:

Grill- Takashi02 (Justin)
Charcoal (Justin)
2 Bags of Chips ____ & _____
Hot dogs 2 Packs ____ & ____
Hamburgers x2 10 patties ___ & ___
Buns for hamburgers and hotdogs _____
Ketchup, Mustard, Utensils/paper products _______
Soda _______ & ________

copy paste and add yourself to the list if you are coming. see you all there

I assume that means you'll be shooting for four digit numbers...

Looking forward to seeing the final numbers.

Sorry for the second post, but apparently I can't edit my post mobilely. I meant that second sentence to say good numbers on the stock turbo tune and I am looking forward to the final numbers.

Damn... this makes me wish I still had my Evo.

There is currently only 2 high hp Evos in Oahu that I know of. One is making 600hp with a 6262/built motor and the other is making 550hp with a 750R kit/stock block, but both are tuned by AMS.

I'll pass the word on for you tho... always nice to see another tuner in the screen.

Thanks,

Jose

If I am home I will be.. I heard the dates are 11-14May? I hope so, I took R&R those specific dates I dont think my block will be done but I'll just conservatively tune it anyway
