Hey guys is there anywhere to get meth in Oahu? I have been doing research and see there is no public E-85 so I guess I have to use meth.. Do you guys have those -20 degree windshield washer fluid availiable those are like 35% meth and work great.

Also with that safety check that you have to do what do they look for? Just wondering I have a 04 cobra with twin turbo no cats the exhaust dumps before the axel and I have a roll cage. Am I going to have trouble passing? everything is functional though lights ac ps and all.

 

they dont care about performance upgrades to the motor, but modifying the body with a roll cage and altering your suspension. you will more than likely run into a problem. if you are sitting on coilovers or drop springs, the middle of your headlight must be 23in from the ground. the suspension will also need to pass a 2in bounce test, 1in up and 1in down. you will also need to get RECON. aside from the normal safety issues ie; headlights, horn, turn signals %35 tint. goodluck

 

Well I dont see any of that being and issue because although I have an aftermarket suspension my car sits at stock height because its better for traction and I cant fit those 28" drag tires if I lowered it. Sounds like I should be ok then maybe not on the tint though....

 

^^^^ you may get by if the car looks like stock height, if not you will need to get RECON....but there is a lot of us out here the have "hookups". so dont worry

There's one shop in kalihi that sell ethanol... its right across from the Hawaii federal credit union.
Its a tad expensive tho... its a hole in the wall kinda place but its pretty good..

 

Ya I heard of that place and spoke to the owner. He wants 10 a gallon forget that. I can get -20 windshield washer fluid and use that as meth and its like 4 a gallon and you only use it when you go into boost. I think that should be fine ill make between 900-1000 whp on pump + meth. I'm making 703hp 778tq on only 15 lbs through an unlocked converter on a superflow dyno. If it was a dyno jet and I had a stick it would be over 800 on just pump and 15 lbs. I'm running only 9.1 compression so I can turn the boost up a lot more.

 

Hawaii is too small for that kind of power. 300-500hp is more than enough for this island. There isn't a point in having a 700-1000hp beast down here. 👍
