Last I heard, having the front plate on the inside front window is still a violation of the front plate requirement... That's of no help figuring out what he used, but may change your search for it a little.

 

YEAH someone talked about my car LOL.

I live in mililani and Ive only ever seen one blue evo and its a X. But hes deployed right now. The plate needs to be on the outside of the car to be legal. If its inside you can still get a ticket.

 

maybe he can put it outside near the windshield on the wiper guard. this is illigal too though, you have to have it attached to the front bumper in some way....zipties for the win

 

I've even heard of at least one person using double-sided sticky tape to pass safety. lol

 

Hi i'm kind of new to the scene. I live in Hilo and I have a 06 ix mr. I bought the car from a dealership in Hilo and the dealer said the car is from Oahu. He said that the owner moved to kona or something and traded the evo for a truck. I was wondering if anyone recognized the car since there's alot of you in Oahu. I am trying to find out when Chris from AMS is coming back. As some of you know, I got my upgraded turbo in, so I am trying to figure out if should do the e-tune thing by Mitch from AMS or chris depending how close of a time frame he is coming. Don't want the turbo to be sitting on the shelf forever...lol.
