ya im gonna go with the ACT clutch next its not slipping all that bad but rather have no slip. ya i only really messed a launch up once and thats prob wut started it. and i didnt notice the slipping until after i beat the IX MR last night

ok just got back in from driving around the block checking the clutch, it only slips in 3rd but not that bad and it doesnt slip all the time. but when it does slip it slips when the turbo kicks in at 3k and revs almost to 4k but after that its fine i turned the boost down also. what should i do!!!!? lol

Hey whats up guys. I used to have an 02 Lancer, and since traded it. Now, I'm looking at getting an Evo IX around Feb. time-frame. Whats the going price for them? Please dont tell me that they are slapping on an "adjusted market value". If they are...I will have to roll to Southern Cali...

 

You can expect to pay close to 40k when all is said and done. You should just get an 05. Sickley Wiked picked his up new for 29k. Most of us don't see the advantage of a 9 over an 8.

They wont have any 05's left in Feb will they? Thats the reason why I was asking about the IX. Whats all this talk about the IX spooling up much quicker than the XIII? I test drove an XIII last month and the turbo lag was substantial; worse than when I had a turbo on my 02 Lancer OZ from RoadRace. Has anyone test drove an IX yet?

Anyhow, the way I look at it is that there wont be any 05s left in Feb. If there is, I will definately put one on my list of choices though. Thanks
