Problem is its an on call position. Basically you cover other people on holidays and vacations.

Whats your point? I know quite a few people on call and only work a couple days a week(usually weekends.)

Those wheels he's rockin' are mine, ever since he had them on his ride, I havent heard from him since. jk he needs them for the moment untill his inssurance gets his 4th wheel.
