Las Vegas Evo's
For the guys who left early, you guys missed some ****.
This is what I wrote on another forum.
Well, tonight I was at the In & Out on West Sahara for the local EVO meet. We're about to leave when we all hear a crashing sound. We turn around and see some guy running across the street and two cars sitting in the middle of it, banged up. We walk over to see if everyone is alright. I go over to the guy driving the S-10 and he said he was fine. The lady in the Accent was alright too. I told him to turn on his hazards, seeing as traffic decided to maintain speed and not slow down. Yes, cars were passing me at probably 50 MPH as these cars are in the middle lane. After traffic clears we both head over to the side walk to be on the safe side.
Come to find out the guy that was running across the street had tripped and fell, causing the accident. So we're all sitting there waiting for the cops to show. Some electrical workers put up some cones to help slow traffic down. People were still going over 50 MPH pass the accident cutting each other off and what not.
My friend says, "Watch some ******* clips those cones." About a minute after that, some douche bag in a white sentra going about 70 MPH runs right into the rear of the truck. Didn't even slow down. We were about 10 feet away as we see this carnage take place.
Turns out that douche bag was trying to race some bike and didn't even see the car in front of him. Ran so hard into the truck that he buckled it in half. The truck went up about 5-6 feet in the air and came crashing down. The Accent that was in front of the truck got pushed about 30 away. That's how violent the collision was.
I get on the phone, call 911 and tell them they need to send someone now. Dispatcher says the accident has already been reported. I said no it just got way worse. They need to hurry and send someone to slow this traffic down before even more people get hurt.
Luckily, everyone was alright and no one was severely hurt.
Side note: Bike cops are *******s. I tried to wave one down before the second part of the accident occured, but he drove right on by like nothing happened. This is about 5 minutes after we called 911. When they finally did get there, they were notified of the drunk that caused the first part of the accident. He was hiding out at Dotty's Casino across the street. Supposedly he got away, even though one of the electricians was waiting outside for him. The cops never went inside to verify or even search the area for him.
Cliff notes: Drunk trips in street causing accident, stupid sentra owner tries to race bike and runs head on into back of truck. Drunk gets away, bike cops suck, Las Vegas drivers are *******s. The end.

That was crasy. I still cant believe that crash happened right in front of our eyes. For the guy in the bike, you gotta be just as stupid to race a f'kn sentra.

I can't believe it took so long for the pigs to get there. How about the pig I waved down. He just kept right on going. If he had come back and secured the area, probably that second part of the accident would not have happened.
