WOW!!!!! i never would have guessed u used to body build. HONESTLY, much respect to u man. that level of size and definition is nothing easy to come by. im trying to get at least half as toned and defined as u look in that clip. what made u stop body building???? as yes, that haircut most never come back. the sh*t we used to rock and think was coo in the 90's.

I think all the joint surgeries and injuries
Pec tear in the late 90's. 
Benching 500. Was up to 193 bodyweight.
That video was when I was only 19. I was BB until 23 and got alot bigger.
so far only the knee surgury, but I have a feeling the other will need it eventually
