It moves the power band to the right so the car does not just puke and die after the initial Tq hit. To each his own.

Forgot to check the package when Road Race Engineering rebuild the Head and Tranny.. THought all the hardware was there, But they mailed it off so should get it Tomm.. and work on the car all weekend.. and we'll see.. when MM comes..
