alright its a dumb question, but I guess when i had my oil changed back east they drained my ic res. So I went to fill it up today, so yeah never really looked at it before, but on the bottom a clear hose is disconnected, so where does it connect?

Does anyone know a good Welder or Shop that can weld a fitting, for my EGT, to my Exhaust manifold?? I can just go to any muffler shop.. but would like some opinions? The Auto skills @ the base has a welder but I hate those guys.. they made my 20min oil change last 2 hours.. and I had to pay two hours.. they didnt like the idea of my car on jack stands.. so they put it on that thing that lifts the whole car from the sides.. and they F Ucked up my side skirts.. NEVER AGAIN!!
