My rear 02 sensor has gone bad. With the 02 sim out there what must I do to get rid of my check engine light and get this fixed? I picked up a Bosch 15733 4 wire 02 sensor. Where do I download the sim and what else do I need to do? Will I need to re-tune my car or am I fine with a simple install + flash?

If that is all I need is anybody in the greater Sacramento area willing to help me out? I'm trying to get rid of this check engine light.
