You should have read my thread on good dealers and bad dealers. I had a problem with Miller (Van Nuys) and Silver Star (Thousand Oaks) for buying a car, I went with Glendale because they were willing to deal, but Silver Star does a great job servicing them and ordering special parts. Go to T.O. or Glendale and get what you need there.

Next time come to Glendale. 818-550-1500 If you need a car, see me . If you need parts ask for Adrianne in parts.

Oh and pm or email me if you'd like to join the Lancer Ralliart list. The Ralliart should be here any day now.

Chad

Got my car from Miller Mitsu in Van Nuys. Good costumer service and I was very happy with their pricing on their Evos and what I paid.

Chad at Glendale took me for a fool. He wanted to play the game and I wasn't willing to play that game. Buyer be ware.
And Chad don't underestimate your customers. Sometimes we play dumb, when in reality we're smarter than we make out to be.

oh and i had warranty work done on my car too. they changed my brakes for free and even changed my shifter which i jammed and was not mitsu's fault at all for free. the shifter would have costed me 180 for the oz auto shifter so thats real nice. o and shipping did take a while, loger than i was quoted, but it wasnt too bad, like 2 days more

I did better at just over DEALER invoice, not MSRP when I was in the market at Miller Mitsubishi than at Glendale. Chad didn't want to deal or let me test drive. I'm no kid either. Heck i'm alot older than Chad. Miller offered a test drive without even asking.
