Looking for a roommate in San Diego
4 bdr 2.5 baths in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac.
House has Central Air Conditioning, 2 car garage, side yard with RV/Boat parking, Washer & Dryer Downstairs: Custom made Pool Table, Custom Made Poker Table, 73 inch 1080p High Def TV with 7.1 surround sound. Digital Video Recorder, Sony Playstation 3 and XBox 360 with hard wired high speed internet and a ton of movie channels. 2 large, clean microfiber couches with 4 recliners.
Kitchen: is large, has marble counter tops, large fridge, stainless steel appliances and a shot dispenser. Dishwasher etc.
Outside: Pool with Diving Board, Jacuzzi, Large Stainless BBQ, overflow fridge next to BBQ, Outdoor tables and chairs with Umbrella etc. Covered Hookah Lounge with large comfy couches.
Available room is about 11x11 and has a bathroom right next to it. It's is the only bedroom on the bottom floor. The room has a DVR box. Room has high speed internet hard wired directly into it as does every room in the house. Additionally we also use WiFi in case you want to take your laptop or smart phone outside and use the internet.
About us: There is a military couple upstairs. Very cool people in their 20's. I'm single, in my 30's and have a home office in which I run my own business right out of the house. We are all social, have lots of friends and almost always get together on the weekends. We all like to shoot pool, play poker and otherwise enjoy the many benefits of the house as well as share them with our friends. This is a smoke free, drug free home. You can smoke outside, if you are a smoker but not inside the house. No pets.
We're looking for someone that would fit in seamlessly. If you are interested please send us a couple of sentences about who you are, age etc. Include pictures as they are worth a thousand words
If you have a social networking outlet like MySpace or Facebook etc, please include that so we can better understand what kind of person you are before we meet.
Rent is $800 month and covers all expenses/utilities etc. Room is available now! Lease is required, we would also do a background check etc, so if you have a 'colorful' past don't even bother.
Location: Chula Vista close to the 805 freeway and E street.
