Reno Area anybody?
Thanks for organizing the meet & run today Hee, was alot of fun.
Does anybody have an obd2 reader? My Engine Light came on , on the way home from the VC runs.
Providing the CEL is something simple, only mishap was my broken boost gauge line. Not bad for a few hard runs in this heat.

Only 2, doesnt help that the sherrif's dept. is right near the last leg of the run. I'm suprised we got 2 runs out of it without them getting thier panties in a wad.
Still was a blast.
Yea I was as white as paper before this, and now im bright red. Sunburn hurts.

Well Me and Tyson just had the suspension swap day from hell.Arrived @ his house about 930 am. Tried to jack up my car then remembered I need a helper 2x4 . Spent 20 minutes looking for a 2x4 (finally stole one from a house being built next door).
Get both cars jacked up on jack stands, 1 side wheels off, then realize we didnt take the same side of wheels off. Spend another 15 minutes putting wheels back on, lowering, re-raising, and taking the proper side of wheels off.
Attempt to take the bolts off only to realize neither of us have a 1/2 drive ratchet, but plenty of 1/2 drive sockets (for impact gun). Spend 1 hour going to Kragen, get a 1/2 drive ratchet, only to get out and realize that it wont turn, go back to kragen, deal with their bull**** and finally exchange it.
Get workin on the bolts, and have issues taking them off, turns out neither of us, nor an impact gun can break the bolts loose.
Having MAJOR trouble with bolts, wait 30 minutes for my fiance to go pick up some liquid wrench and drive it up to us.
Tyson wants stock springs back on the stock shocks I'm giving him, but again issues. We cannot get the top hats off. So we waste another hour going to harbor freight, getting a non pussified impact wrench, coming home, only for it not to work. He ends up staying with the S Techs already on the shocks.
So we then go through the motions, and things are going pretty smoothly. Right side finished, finished up the left side on my car. Soon as I'm torquing down my last lug nut, Tyson realizes we put the right front coilover on incorrectly, and the top camber adjustment bolts are askew. Spend another 1/2 hour re-installing the front passenger coilover.
Bolt everything down, then move on to Tyson's drivers side. Right off the bat we couldnt get the rear assembly to seat correctly. Ended up waiting another 1/2 hour for a bigger friend to come over, and throw his weight around. After that, we were ready to call it a day. It was after 7pm.
We left with Tyson's Car unfinished, and with my EDFC not installed. Not to mention I didnt even get to address my huge boost leak issue, nor my CEL, yet I think I know whats causing it.
Top it all off I get 1/2 way home and realize I forgot to torque down my passenger side lug nuts.
This reminds me why I always pay someone else to do this crap.
I think I will do that now. If anybody knows someone that would be willing to fix my boost leak (think its coming from my IC piping) and install the EDFC let me know, I'll pay good.
