Although this is true, when I got hit I had been stopped for a good 3-5 seconds before the person hit me from behind. Some people just don't pay attention when they are driving. I have actually seen drivers in Miami reading papers and books, working on their PDAs and laptops, dialing phones, applying makeup and even playing with gameboys both in stop and go traffic and doing 70-80 on the highways.

Some people just need to be removed from the genepool.
