Surprise, surprise....this yahoo was in his twenties. Even mentions the name of the probable driver in the article. Anyone know this dude?

I'm confused as to why they were firing shots at him. They could of used a less lethal force to stop the already messed up car....and WTF was the driver thinking. It's cool to see an Evo make the news but not that way.
