morning, I was gonna go crash the genisis meet this morning, but the other guys i was gonna go with had to bail..... so i got up at 7 am for nothing lol...

Well, that concludes the most boring game of Soccer I've ever watched.

 

it wasnt the most boring game... but it could ahve been better... usa's timing is still a lilttle off.

I don't now how many cars they have in town, I have seen about a dozen different 2.0t genisis's around town. A couple of them have some mods. I havent ever talked to any though.

the problem they are having with modding the genesis is the head. There are a growing number of people swapping over to an evo X head and then starting to make nice power. Currently there are a few of them over 500 rwhp over in korea.... thats more than enough hp to make a quality drifter out of that car. and for a very cheap price.

 

^^^ the heads can just be swapped like that? Hmmmm!

 

they run the same block, both are listed as 4b11t 2.0t, biggest difference between the two motors is the evo X comes with a semi closed deck vs an open deck and the X has a bigger turbo / more boost stock.

Genesis is definitely the best thing hyundai has put out in a while.... It's good looking car for sure.... I had Tiburon for a while after I blew up my xterra... It was a fun car but no way to mod it for any real horsepower... which is why i bought my evo.... i love my car =)
