Doubtful, it's not like they are car specific and I doubt any car out of that shop is corner balanced.

Wait, you can order springs that are tailored to each corner for a normal strut suspension?

I'm guessing he is looking more towards a front back weight so he can tailor for a neutral feel on the springs.
