Does anyone know a guy with a yellow VW GLI with exhaust and black accents in Henderson near sunset and Stephanie?

 

18x9.5 +35 on 255/35/18 tires would be good for you jim....im running 255's on my 18x10 setup

 

I've seen that car running around quite a bit.... never saw a driver....

 

The tool driving tried racing me in my supra on Sunset today. I was just driving normal and he thought we were in the Fast & the Furious.

Jim, it depends on the tires and yes 255 look so much better, besides rolling fenders is not that big of a deal.

I do get that quite a bit.
I got that in the evo last Saturday on the way home from working at the track (on a closed road)
Some guy in a late 90's early 2000's camaro SS with real loud open exhaust and gauges up the a-pillar wanted to run. He kept doing fly bys and then slowing down next to me.
I finally pulled up to him at a stop sign and said "you really want to run a stock evo?" Of course he said yes. I put it up on the 2 step and we ran from a dig to 3rd gear. That was all she wrote. by mid 2nd gear I was multiple car lengths ahead
