So over a year, well my theory on this tar in your injectors might be from the pumps at the station you get the fuel from, when you swap out pumps look in the tank. Hope its not a fuel line in the car, doubt it is, but....
whats this inline filter you speak of? I've been waiting for something to make me want to upgrade to a double pump and bigger injectors. I thought it would be a 2.3 motor, but tar will equally have me swap out my fuel system.
mine have been clean for the past year +.
its the batch of e85. those that i knew who had that problem ran a tank of 91 and cleaned it out. (those of us with map switching capabilities) this happened at 2 of the stations up in northern california, and the other stations had clean e85
im on RC injectors no issues yet. hope the e85 here in town gets fixed if thats the problem here
btw how many of you guys test the e85 for ethanol content? in CA there is no summer/winter blend. its always the same
