Any machine shop can skim a flywheel to make it flat again. I'd go with Fredo's shop since he has good results.

 

eddie i've got a little more room between the radiator and the engine on the galant then the evo's do, i like cast manifolds so i was thinking of going with a ported stock evo manifold and that adapter for my hx40 to keep the twin scroll. right not im using some cheap undivided manifold off ebay and the runners are tiny compared to the ports on the head. i think i could get away with using that adapter and the evo manifold because if i use the evo manifold by itself the starter is in the way of the turbo since ours is up top not like the evo where its mounted more towards the bottom of the transmission. i just wish i could see one mounted on a car before i buy it you know.
