1991 si civic

ok i just got a 1991 si civic and it wont start it turns over so i was thinking maybe there is no gas so i put some in and it still just turns over no start any ideas?

could be a few things. check the cap and rotor first. then plugs, wires. lastly, check to see if the starter is bad or not. the first few things are cheaper, so I'd check those first.
