Dyno Flash in LA
I have not had a lot of success finding a dyno in LA that would charge me a resonable rate to set up a dyno day in LA - for instance Brain Storm wanted $330 an hour - which would wind up costing more than the reflash if I took my usual 1.5 hours to dyno tune a car
This past week I was in Atlanta and did 6 evos with my street tune - it was very successful - you can read some of the rave reviews of the people who recieved the street tuned flash on the engine forum
The street tune consists of a full 3 hours on fine road tuning with a motec wideband, knock sensor and scan tool
Since nothing can approximate with 100% accuracy the loading of the actual road we feel this is the most accurate method to tune. The only real draw back is the long time it takes to do it and the fact that you dont get a dyno sheet.
There has been a LOT of people contacting me to come to LA and do this. I am willing to come out the weekend of December 13 and 14th to do these IF we can get 6 guys interested.
The price is $595.00 for the reflash and the 3 hours of custom fine tuning
