Hi, I'm a potential Evo owner that test drove the car about a month ago. Anyways, today I went to Big Valley Subaru in Van Nuys, CA to test drive a WRX because I wanted to get a feel for the competition before I decided on which car is good for me.
I had a pretty good experience with the salesperson there, who let me test drive a black '04 sedan 5speed. Surprisngly, I didn't really like the feel of the Subarus clutch (it seems more fidgity then the Evos) and was kind of disappointed by that... but the car is pretty cool and felt similar like the Evo. On the way back to the dealership I was about to come to a red light until I noticed a very familiar car to my left. I looked over and couldn't believe it, it was a apex silver Evo. In the past year i've only seen probably a total of 5 or 6 Evos, what are the chances I would see one during a WRX test drive? I looked over at the driver and he gave me sort of a smirk as he drove off while the sales guy was blabbering about how the Subaru team won some recent rally event. Overall, I thought the WRX was nice but it didnt sway me away from wanting an Evo , which will probably be near the end of next month

I was also wondering if the guy in the Evo was a member of this board... it was a silver evo with only the Evolution badge on the rear, which was driving through Van Nuys Blvd. at about four o' clock. If you read posts here drop a line

Haha funny story. Whats up o00o, we seem to be passing by each other alot in Valencia and COC I bought mine from Milenko too, hes a very nice guy and will help you in whatever way he can. Goodluck with it.

I stopped by Miller right after leaving the Subaru dealership and they had only like four Evo's that were marked up $2,000. How much did you get yours for o00o?

 

wihch car u got zopo, ya i got o coc, i m mad cause i was the only evo for 6 months but now there 2 tohers but ohwell it cool u got a black one? and neon i bought mine like 9 months ago so i paid the 2 over, back then but that was good considereing other dealers and i had no other car to drive so i bauhgt it cause i didnt feel like having no car for another couple months till the price went down

The last post in this thread was from November 2003... lol. For all we know he probably graduated from COC by now.
