Bobby is on his way over so we'll get started pretty soon. Joe is eager to get to 400awhp so we might push his a little harder and see if that's even remotely possible without cams. It was pretty cool out the other night when we tuned it so it might not make it in warmer weather we're having now.

 

What do you think about squeezing out a few more degrees of timing on my ride?

 

Hey guys I just wanted to thank all of you who participated. I hope you all enjoyed your results. Pretty sure you have, because I haven't come out of pocket yet for someone else to get tuned. I do personally apologize on behalf of myself for getting sent off on a mission the week before the tune not allowing us to all get boost leak tests until the day of the tune, but I don't think anyone was effected enough. I am unfortunately leaving Hawaii at the end of this year, so someone will have to take the reigns on Mellon coming out again. We have already talked about another tuning trip in the spring time. I have 3 interested people already, so hopefully this thread can stay open to those who are interested in getting tuned in the future. To those who did tune, welcome to the Mellon Racing Army. To those who didn't get the oppertunity, don't miss out on the next one! Drive safe.

 

Ed thank you for ur support and help with the evo community, and ofcourse when you helped me out. Thank u for bringing mellin out here and i am glad dat u recommended him for me. I will be here til 2013 and if he needs a place to stay he is welcome to stay at my house. By the way ill pick up my tool from u someday.
