hawaii bmw 135i or evo x

Hey guys. I'm planning on buying a new car soon and I'm considering a 2012 BMW 135i or 2012 evo x. I've done some online research but I'd like to hear from those who actually own one, have driven both, or have some insight. Either car I buy I plan to have performance parts installed. My goal is to reach around 400+whp. I haven't driven either car yet but plan to do so soon. Here are some of my thoughts so far:

Evo X

Pros: great handling, AWD, cheaper MSRP, I have a friend who works at Cutter Mitsubishi, 4-door, relatively easy/cheap to mod. I know shops that have experience on working with evos (heard leafracing is good).

Cons: gas mileage, warranty isn't that great, not as comfortable as a daily driver.

BMW 135i

Pros: great torque, better gas mileage, looks classy, sporty and yet comfortable as a daily driver, comprehensive warranty.

Cons: I don't know any shops who have experience modding BMWs, I also don't know if I could get one from bmw honolulu for MSRP, the only one I see on their website is marked as $49,000 while kbb tells me $37,000 as a fair purchase price. Need special tools to maintain.

Other Q's I have:
Does anyone know a reliable bmw shop I can trust that won't over charge me?

Any good sales advisors out there that would allow me to order a 135i for MSRP or less?

Are there any issues with either car?

Is the bmw dealer pretty lax on allowing owners to mod?

How expensive would it be to reach 400+rwp with a 135i? I hear a tune and some minor upgrades can do wonders.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
