I'm looking to buy an EVO really soon. Money is not an issue, but I just want to see what's everyone opinion is. Obviously my choice is either at the Dealer or a Private Seller.

If I buy it from a dealer, is it more reliable than private seller? or most likely is the overall condition will be same thing with buying with a private seller?

 

It could go either way. The EVO is a tuner car, and very few have made it through the years without some fun and abuse. My best advice is to take someone with you who knows EVO's very well and have them check it over. If you have a good local shop that know's EVO's, try to arrange a time when you can bring the car to the shop and have them check it over for a few bucks. It's called a 'Pre Purchase Inspection' or PPE.
