who has a 4 wheel drive dyno and tunes the car?

if u mean tuning the car if you had standalones like aem or power-fc, then yes, there are tuners in socal that will tune your car on a dyno like xs-engineering and brainstorm.....tuning the ecu I'm not so sure....closest thing I found is technosquare.....but *Shrug* dunno how well they tune.
