I gotta find the video of me bringing my eldest daughter home from the hospital after she was born. Panda Levin. Cracked the drive shaft and had it sitting in the carport...my father-in-law was pissed about all the noise at night. Called the scrapyard and had it towed.

I bought it in Chiba for 75,000 Yen (about US$650 at that time) drove it in Tokyo and Nagano. I still have the spoiler, front and side skirts at our farm in Japan. The last time I drove it, I had painted it all black, and the spoilers were blood red. There were dual lime-green racing stripes from the front hood, over the roof, to the hatchback. Removed front grill, dash, rear seat and passenger seat. It had honeycomb rims. Netting over the two front windows and the two rear windows and brake lights were completely blacked out. All decals were shaved, and the toyota decal was replaced with the Chinese character "KaiZo".



I loved that car! *sniff*

 

yeah..my friend has an 88 supercharged mr2..and his dad is gettin him an 86 trueno. its pretty sick. he's gettin a red one. i'mm gonna be so jealous when his dad arrives back from houston with that car. his whole family is full of racers

 

you should bring ur friend to the meet next time when he gets the car =)

I say we take the San Mateo bridge, but Dumb Barton would land us in EPA and we could head North on the 101 from there...
