just wondering if anyone is interested in going F1 kart racing the weekend. We are planning for friday or sat. Most likely it will be saturday. We are trying to get a huge group to go so it will not be so expensive. After that we are gona head on over to sco night at firebird.

For the record here, the guys at Vivid have treated me very fair. Service and prices have been awesome. Buying from them for over a year now. They are organizing a drive Oct 10.

Yes, the car scene here in Phoenix area is lame. Much better in the late 80's. Showing my age, heh. The recent policy and local governments are really are anti-sport car.

BTW, I have organized two large car drives last winter from Phoenix to Prescott, Sedonna, and Flagstaff. About 12-17 cars in the two drives. Still trying finish the video, heh

Organizing another drive in early Dec or mid Jan, but this time it will be through Payson up the Moglion Rim, to Showlow and back down through Globe. Yes, a long drive in the eastern AZ mountains.

I can only share my experiences. Sounds like you had a bad experience during your career there, which I am sorry to hear.

Naw, I do most of my own work and some of my friends help.

BTW, their AZ BBB report looks acceptable.

Take care.

Hey man...I live in Tempe also...I am part of Team HPA...it's a car club for anything, not just EVO's or imports for that matter. Let me tell you, being one who organized, ran, and left a car club that was for a specific make and model, it's not fun. Too biased and many members struggled with tunnel vision about cars. Plus, with all different types of cars, competition is much more interesting...driving to a meet/event with different makes and models all with the same team name and banner it great for a crew and it's rep! As for Vivid Racing...Dan is cool, he knows a lot about the EVOLUTION platform...but the rest of the employees there lack customer service, and PEOPLE skills, for that matter to make any business successful! I deal with Andy at HP Autoworks and Kenny at APEX Motorsports...

The guys are Intense Motorsports are great. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. And (I think) they sponsor a sweet BBY evo...

Sup guys... Soon I'll have my 2004 evo. I'vbe probably seen a lot of you down at Firebird. I own (selling) the blue mazda MP3 Turbo that looks a whole lot a WRX. I''m usually there every SCO night.

Anyways, out with the old and in with the new. Plan on joining the evo family within the month. I'm just waiting on North Scottsdale Mitsu to get their MR's in (they have 2 on order) so that the current 2004's they have on the lot will go down a little and wait till the end of the month.

Can't wait!!!
