Where should I go to get my car tuned? I am not sure what my options are...

Justin, try www.turboperformance.net- they have a four wheel dyno and have taken really good care of me so far- Ask for Roshon. They are moving to a new 16000 sf shop this week but call them next week. Hope that helps.
