WORKS P2 boost spiking to 25psi!

Well the weather here in northern va is getting pretty darn cold and with that, my boost levels seem to be spiking more than usual. Well we finally went down in the teens yesterday and i felt either fuel cut or boost cut for the 1st time. I looked down when i was in like 3rd gear at 3000rpm and gave it some gas. Saw the boost spool up as usual, but when it got to 22psi where it normally peaks then falls and holds at 20psi, the boost kept going! Went to about 24-25psi and i felt the car cut out for a split moment. What the heck was that?? The only mods I have are the P2 (July 2004 edition) and 3"turbo back with hf cat. I'm planning to get the aperture soon, but i'm a little hesitant as it would be allowing even more air to be pushed into the engine. Do you have a new p2 version that takes into account boost spiking in cold weather?

When you purchase our HFC (High Flow Cat) or RTP (Resonated Test Pipe) we recommend a free reflash to compensate for the new boost curves. Did you purchase our HFC from us?

Talked to Jamie today. Turns out the ECU was flashed for catback and not the full turbo back with hf cat. I'm going to be getting the works throttle body soon, so i'll just have the ecu properly flashed for the setup.

I need to take mine back in for a reflash as well. Mine was flashed when all I had was the turbo back. I now have the Throttle body, HFC, and DP....
