Considering Getting Crank Pulley

Works Staff need your help!

What's your beliefs on crank pulleys? Are they safe? Can they have a custom flash to be utilized? Have you guys worked on evo's with them?

Im considering AMS or Perrin, but want an opinion. I know it has been talked about before plenty of times, just need to hear from the Tuner shop I have faith in.

Thanks!

not worth the long term ill affects.........like wiping bearings out on the crankshaft. even though we have "balance shafts", there are still harmonics that you should worry about.

The gains are not worth the risks.

I rememeber big Al did a report on light weight crank pulleys and said the engines knock sensor went crazy and the car lost a bit of power due to retarding ignition.
