Pillowball Mounts Help

I got done installing these last night but something seems to be amiss. Can they be used on after market springs, specifically Espelir GT?

I thought I had installed them correctly but they are making a bunch of noise, anyone have install directions or ideas of what I may have done incorrectly? Looks like the shaft of the strut is moving, but the bolt is down to the bottom of the threads. Do you use any pieces off the stock unit with the pillowball mounts?

they can definitely beused with any springs or coilovers. Call works, ask to speak with Chris, and he can help you trouble shoot any installation issues you might have.

I'm having a hard time understanding what your situation is. A picture would really help. Did you follow the instructions?

What kind of sound(s) are you hearing , when do you hear them, and from where?

Feel free to give us a call for some advice, ask for Jamie, or me (Tyler)

Good luck!

I got these from Hagakure and did not have any instructions. Sorry I was not more clear, I will try an explain it better.

When the car would hit a bump there was a bunch of noise like the springs were moving and not tightened down. I pulled the back into the garage to look into it, what seemed to be happening is the strut shaft that comes through the pillowball mount would come up when the spring/shock was compressed. It was like the nut on the strut shaft was not tight but it was tightened to the end of the threads on the strut shaft. Does this make sense? I used a couple of pieces off the factory parts and solved the issue but I am not sure it is right. If you could get the directions that would help or any ideas on what I had done wrong.
