LOl, ok where to start...Well, I have been a WORKS customer for about a year now. I did a lot of research before going with them. Also if you still read this forum...DavidV always pushed me towards WORKS But WORKS is like a 2nd family to me now. Ive had some issues with things and they resolve them ASAP, Ive even had some tranny issues and they got me a rental car while my car was down. Granted their were special circumstances but still who else would do that. They have gone out of their way for me. Sometimes even staying there until 10PM (4-5 hrs after closing time) waiting for me to get there after getting off work. Honestly I have never seen any other company do what they do, and I have been modding cars for a long time with a lot of different companies. WORKS is by far at the top of the list when it comes to Customer Service and Quality.

Pete is usually impossible to get a hold of, but manages to take time out of his busy schedule to answer my questions.

Jamie is my go to guy Im always on the phone with him and he is very cool to talk to, even if I have stupid questions

Tyler...Lol, I know your getting tired of seeing my car but hang in there bud

Kirk...Lol, well...Even when being at a Car show he took time out of his day to come open the shop for me late at night so I could pick up my car.

Also this includes anyone I missed, cuz I know some other people at WORKS have picked up the phone and pointed me in the right direction as well...

Believe me, this doesnt even cover half of what WORKS has done for me. I wont spend another dime on my car if it isnt with WORKS. Its worth the 2 hr drive each way believe me. So anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know I appreciate all you've done for me. I dont even have to say it but keep up the good work...Thanks

I also agree. I been a customer for almost a year now, and I am always satisfied. I dont even bother with going to the dealership for maintenance anymore. The only thing I wouldn't do is go there at 10:00 at night.

My evo got a nice dink from one of them....

 

Yeah those big rigs dont have much room to move around in there.

 

Time to re-grade that road too
