Works website ...

I was looking over the WORKS website and saw they sell Samco intercooler hoses. Does anyone know which is better, the Samco hoses or piping like AMS ? I mean , on one side you have rubber and on the other side you have metal. Anyone know whats better ?

Samco hoses are silicon, not rubber. Samco has a long history of making quality silicon replacement hoses.

The AMS piping will eliminate many unnecessary bends in the intercooler piping which will allow air to move more efficently. I believe the AMS pipe kit requires a mini battery to fit. The Samco hoses will work with the stock battery.

We've found little difference in a silicone hose versus a hard pipe when they follow the same route. Once you change the route, performance may change. The Samco kit offers a little improvement over the OEM couplers (which expand under boost) without having to commit to a full replacement pipe.
