Depends on the milage of the car, but since my car was new (3000mi) I didn't do any of the belts or tensioners, left all the stock items in.

Oh, did you get my PM?

You won't "need" them until you start racking up the miles. It's not a bad idea to replace the hydraulic tensioner if it's coming off the car, but if you have relatively low miles, it's usually safe to stick with the original provided nothing goes awry during the install. Anything around 50K-ish mileage wise, it would be something to consider. If you need any OEM parts, we can provide them for you as well for about 10% less than the dealer. We have a number in stock (including all the items linked to above) with others just a phone call away.

Just to follow up on this... I installed a set of WORKS 269 cams this past weekend and noted a couple of things. It seems the hydraulic tensioner was overcompressed from the factory and was causing it to leak (or at least allow fluid/dirt to collect near its seal). The balance belt tensioner pulley also had indications that it was leaking. Both were replaced (with about 39K miles on them) as precautionary measures.
